Returns and refunds policy

5.1. 30-day money-back guarantee. Try it and, if you are not convinced, we will refund 100% of the product price. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

5.2. Legal right of withdrawal. In addition, the law grants consumers the right to withdraw from a purchase within a minimum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to give a reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends that period and does not limit your legal rights.

5.3. How to request a return.

  1. Write to us at hallotrends@gmail.com stating your order number and that you want to return it. You may use the form in the annex, although it is not mandatory.
  2. We will confirm the steps and the return address.
  3. Send the product to: Calle de la Minosa 4. Keep the shipping receipt.

5.4. Condition of the returned product. The product must be returned with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. We may only reduce the refund if the product has lost value due to handling other than what was necessary to try it.

5.5. Return costs. The cost of shipping the return is covered by the store. If the product arrives defective or differs from what was ordered, we always cover the return costs.

5.6. Refund. We will refund the product price, and the initial standard shipping costs when the legal right of withdrawal is exercised, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your decision. We may wait until we receive the product or until you prove you have sent it. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

5.7. Defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, write to us with your order number and photos. We will offer you repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as appropriate. Remember that you have a 3-year legal guarantee.

5.8. Order cancellation. You can cancel your order by writing to us before it leaves our warehouse. If it has already shipped, you will have to wait to receive it and return it under this policy.
