Terms of service

3.1. Who we are. These terms govern the purchase of products in the V-FACE store, owned by Marc Mendoza, address Calle de la Minosa 4, email hallotrends@gmail.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3.2. Purchase process. To buy, add the products to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with the summary. The contract is formed when we send you that confirmation. You can review and correct your details before paying.

3.3. Prices. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) or pounds sterling (GBP) depending on your delivery country, and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free on all orders.

3.4. Offers and promotions. Offers, such as the 30% discount on Black Friday, are temporary and apply while they are in force. When the offer ends, the product returns to its original price. Quantity discounts (packs of 2 or 3 units) are applied automatically to the cart when the conditions stated on the product page are met.

3.5. Payment methods. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout: card, PayPal, Apple Pay. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

3.6. Delivery. Delivery times and conditions are detailed in the shipping policy.

3.7. Right of withdrawal and returns. As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, and we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions are explained in the returns and refunds policy.

3.8. Legal guarantee. Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you receive a defective product or one that does not match what you bought, write to us at hallotrends@gmail.com.

3.9. Use of the product. Use the product following the instructions that come with it. Results may vary from person to person. The product is not designed to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. If you have an eye condition, are pregnant or have any doubt about its use, consult a healthcare professional first.

3.10. Liability. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the product other than as indicated, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, transport incidents, force majeure). This does not limit the rights that the law grants to consumers.

3.11. Intellectual property. The store's contents are protected and may not be used without authorization.

3.12. Customer service. You can write to us at hallotrends@gmail.com. We respond within 24-48 business hours.

3.13. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.

3.14. Changes. We may modify these terms. The terms in force at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
